If I could call Mr. Gudes anything, it would be Saviour. I say this because at a time where we were so grief stricken and confused but needed to bury my nephew ( my sister in law's son) unexpectedly; he saved the day. It was accommodating and very understanding. We didn't feel like we were just talking to some man at a funeral home; he felt like a friend, a good friend who was going to make sure we were happy with the results. There were times that he'd noticed that we had been crying right before we came in and he made a point of making us laugh or smile despite the circumstances. He made everything seem less stressful, he was professional, compassionate, empathetic, and very understanding. I could tell that God has sent us to him for a reason.
