Even on the holiday weekend, they took time out and went to pick his body up. They did an excellent job. They were very caring abd compassionate to the situation. There is a lack of integrity, bad business, unprofessionalism and a lack of organization. Very disappointed. Unfortunately, the reverence for the sacredness of a loved one's death was over ruled by a predatory intent to manipulate. There are no packages to be offered, no checklists, or guidance. This company has a lot to learn. They must do better.
